Home Birth Group Workshop

Service Description

This workshop provides expectant mothers with direction on planning for their childbirth and postpartum care. We will begin with a brief educational overview grounded in recent evidence-based practices and a biblical, supernatural world view. You will create your own personalized birth plan, identify your ideal birthing team, plan for what-if's and contingencies, and have an opportunity to find sisterhood with a group of other like-minded women. At the completion of this workshop, you will have compiled your own Birth Binder with everything you will need to know for your own home birth. This workshop is ideal for expectant mothers seeking an undisturbed or unassisted natural home birth. We believe that all birthing women, regardless of their medical assistance level, should take individual responsibility for their birth education. We are midwife-friendly, and commitment to free birth is certainly NOT necessary. However this workshop is specifically tailored to women seeking free birth prep assistance.
